Living   room   and   kitchen   are   designed   as   an   open   floor   plan   -   as well   as   a   bedroom   to   be   separated. All   areas   are   furnished   with attention    to    details    and    also    equipped    with    various    anti- quacies.   The    kitchen    is    fully    equipped    for    confortable    self- catering,    right    down    to    the    cling    film:    stove,    microwave, refrigerator,    dishwasher,    coffee    machine,    espresso    maker, toaster,   kettle,   hand   mixer,   high-quality   cooking   utensils,   dishes and    glasses    are    designed    for    some    types    of    cooking.    The supermarket and bakery are right in the neighborhood

Equipment and service

As   a   welcome   you   will   find   coffee,   tea   and   mineral   water   in   the cupboards   as   a   welcome   gift!   The   living   area   is   equipped   with   a Smart   TV   and   Blu-Ray   player   (LED   TV   is   also   in   the   bedroom), music   system,   iPhone   docking   station,   a   fine   selection   of   CDs, DVDs,   selected   books   and   board   games.   With   the   connected USB    cable    or    via    Bluetooth,    you    can    use    your    laptop    or smartphone   etc.   Connect   directly   to   the   TV   or   music   system and   there   is   also   a   printer.   And   you   don't   have   to   do   without sports broadcasts or your favorite series!

The   bed   has   a   size   of   180   cm   x   200   cm   and   offers   a   high   quality matress.   If   you   come   with   a   baby,   I   will   equip   the   bedroom   with a   baby   bed.   Since   there   is   always   a   demand:   Of   course   I   provide the   bed   linen   free   of   charge,   which   means   that   the   beds   are freshly made.

The   small   guest   house   for   rent   (50   m²   of   living   space)   is   located   in   a   high-quality   city   garden   within   an   inner   courtyard   situation   in   the   heart   of   HH- Winterhude   between   the   Alster   and   the   city   park.   Absolutely   quiet   and   yet   in   the   middle   of   the   city.   The   “Lütthuus”   has   its   own   terrace   (approx.   23   m2), perfect for morning breakfast in the beautiful garden  and a perfect spot for an evening glass of wine .
